Go to AWS MarketPlace and search for OpenVPN and lunch it in public subnet same as normal ec2 server then logging into openvpn server by using putty and give below command

Give public IP and .ppk file key in putty then logging as below user

openvpnas    

Admin  UI: https://34.207.164.123:943/admin

Client UI: https://34.207.164.123:943/

then paste https://34.207.164.123:943/ in corm on on-permissess machine from where you want to connect AWS and lick on

ADVANCED -----> PROCEED TO 34.207.164.123     then it will ask username and password for password give below command

sudo passwd openvpn

then set password for username openvpn as per your choice

then give username and password in URL(https://34.207.164.123:943/) then click login

then download the file on local machine from where you want to connect AWS as per your system(linux or window) and install it into your local machine then click on openvpn icon in your local machine after installation  and give private ip of machine to which you want to connect and username and password of openvpn server then click on connect
